Terms

  1. Who we are

Madison is provided by the person behind hello@madisonplanner.app. A company name and a postal address will appear here when there is one.

  2. The service

Madison is a planner. You add dates, or drop in documents for it to read, and it lays them out. It is offered as it is, and we work to keep it accurate and available, but it is a plan, not a guarantee: check the dates that matter against the source.

  3. Your account

You need a free account to use the planner. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your login is yours. You can delete your account from Settings at any time, and everything saved to it goes with it.

You must be at least 13 to make an account. If you are under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use Madison.

  4. Your content

Everything you put into Madison stays yours. We use it only to show it back to you and, when you drop in a document, to have it read for names and dates. We claim no rights to it.

  5. Fair use

Use the service for planning your own work. Do not try to break it, load it with automated traffic, or reach anyone else’s data.

  6. Free trial and paying

Every account starts with a free trial; the pricing page says how long. When it ends, your plan stays readable on every device and you can export it at any time. Saving new changes to your account, and having Claude read for you, need a subscription from then on.

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, charged in advance through Stripe, and renew until you cancel. Cancel from Settings whenever you like: it stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep everything until then. We do not refund part of a period, except where the law gives you that right — if you are a consumer somewhere that lets you change your mind within fourteen days of paying, that right stands.

Prices are per person and may change. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to the next one.

  7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top is the version in force. If a change matters, we will say so on the site.

  8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a missed deadline, a lost plan or any indirect loss. Where the law does not allow that, our liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months.

  9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where we are based, which will be named here along with the company. Nothing here takes away a protection you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
